WHEN? Generally every 4th Monday of the month at 6 p.m. for 6:30 p.m. (Because of holidays, this may change sometimes - refer planned dates below.) Get a specimen agenda from documents page!

WHERE? German Club, Roodehek Terrace, Gardens, Cape Town (GPS: -33.93253, 18.418889)

DIRECTIONS: (1) from Sea Point side, proceed along Orange Street. At Gardens Centre, turn Left into Hope Street. Just after Scott Street on your Right is Roodehek Terrace, a small lane (next to block of flats). (2) From Southern Suburbs – proceed down Roeland Street, cross Buitenkant, turn left into Hope Street (before the Cathedral), pass Roodehek Road (don’t take this one), soon after is a small lane, Roodehek Terrace. (3) Turn in here and the German Club parking lot is behind the Gate .


WHAT COMPRISES A MEETING? The meeting is held in a private room and follows a set agenda (see specimen), with a break for the meal. (A cash bar is available.) It normally finishes at about 9:30 p.m. For more info, contact the VP Membership or VP Education.
